Automotive Chemicals Experience

CCI has extensive experience within the automotive industry. Whether it be windshield washer fluid, coolant additive packs, DEF (diesel exhaust fluid), or various other custom chemical formulations for auto performance and operation, Columbus Chemical Industries can assist with development, qualification, and full scale production. We can also assist in development and full scale production of chemical formulas used in automotive component manufacturing. CCI specializes in handling and blending high purity acids and etchants. These acids and blends are used in electronic component manufacturing, and in preparing, processing and finishing of metal surfaces for items as simple as door handles or as complex as catalytic converters.

We have a variety of blending vessels to accommodate batches from a drum or tote, all the way up to two 5,000 gallon blending systems. Our heating, cooling and agitation capabilities allow us to also process materials in a wide range of viscosities.
