Chemical Toll Blending Services
CCI will work with your R & D scientists and engineers to produce your custom formulations to exacting specifications. The CCI technical team assists in scaling up from a bench top or pilot batch sample to successful full-scale production batches. Our quality control team will work closely with you to establish production procedures and SOP’s to ensure consistent, repeatable production for each blending run that meets or exceeds specifications for your application.
CCI provides chemical compounding and toll blending services for customers that may not have their own manufacturing facilities including customers that may not have the certifications for stringent regulatory requirements. CCI maintains broad regulatory licensing and capability to handle, store and custom manufacture. We are experienced with high purity chemistry, particularly acids and corrosives, and are able to provide you with safe and cost effective ways of blending materials that can be hazardous to handle.

Recent additions include cGMP production areas, a heated and cooled 5000 gallon chemical blending system with hydraulically powered mechanical mixing, and a Class 6 clean room analytical instrument lab for product analysis.
