CCI Expands Contract Chemical Blending Capabilities

CCI is pleased to announce it has expanded its chemical blending and contract manufacturing capabilities to support growing customer demand.   Director of Operations, Heber Ramirez stated, “CCI’s new blending system which includes a thermally controlled food grade processing tank with a 5,000 gallon batch capacity will provide customers with significant versatility for custom chemical blending.  We will be able to control feed rates, temperature, blending time and dispensing with automated controls.”

The new CCI system provides additional chemical compounding capacity to our already established production lines capable of blending high purity and industrial grade products from 10 gallons to 5000 gallons.   Customers with proprietary blends and stringent quality control for the food, pharma, industrial and semiconductor markets are key users of CCI’s capabilities and services.
