Chemical Blending Systems
Columbus Chemical Industries provides custom chemical blending from both our mid-west facility in Columbus, WI, and our south-west facility in Phoenix, AZ. Each facility operates in-house RO-DI water purification systems for consistent quality and availability of high purity water for custom chemical blends. Our dual locations allow us to efficiently serve many regions, from the mid-west and Chicago-land area, to the east and west coasts.
Our blending systems accommodate both acid and alkaline dilutions, and multi-chemical formulations. We offer systems heating and cooling capabilities, as well as hydraulically powered mechanical mixing in our 5000 gallon chemical blending system. The CCI technical team assists in scaling up from a bench top or pilot batch sample to successful full-scale production batches. Our quality control team will work closely with you to establish production procedures and SOP’s to ensure consistent, repeatable production for each blending run that meets or exceeds specifications for your application.
